r100/7 wirng info

hi all


i am thinking of turning my other r100/7 its a 1975 i think. in to a off road bike.
as the wiring on it is fried and would like to now if i can get rid of the head light

and light switch gear and still use the bike as the fuse bored and all the wiring is in side the head light shell
i would get rid of all the lights and clocks ect as i wont not put it back on the road
all help is needed thanks
