Another project for another day but if someone has some pictures of the layout and the voltmeter/clock and ignition on a 1980 ish RT that would be great escpesially if they post it on this thread :D

Picture from motorworks, would just like to know what goes where. The voltmeter/clock and ignition seems obvious. There are more holes than what I have stuff to stick into though.

Thanks :beerjug:

Heated grips left rectangle, inbuilt driving/fog lights right rectangle.

BMW RT cockpit - "Where man and machine meet" :D

The two little holes are for holding blanking plugs...

If you are going for an RT fairing you'll need those bars you sent me. Do you want me to post them?

Just to prove i'm a know it all, did you know there are two different types of RT bars . :D

Does that include the black and chrome versions.

Nothing to do with colour. The early shape RT bars only come in chrome. :D

And you can't use the early bars with the later fairings ;) hence why you rarely see early bars any more...

That's why I'm hanging on to a clock and a voltmeter from them days too - wait for the availability to disappear, the price rocket and then offer them for sale to the glut of airhead enthusiasts who must have them.

Then Rob will tell me they're too expensive, I'll sell them and could have sold several then a week later he'll be looking for some himself :D
