R100GS current market values ?

Ahh fair enough. My mistake. I thought I just said "Discuss".
Well in essence it’s quite simple you sell it for the most you can get, if it doesn’t sell you’re asking too much.
Take my good friend as an example he bought a nice 1987 R100GS bike had it fully stripped & restored by mikeyboy to a showroom standard.
he has ridden it for less than 300 miles since completion, due to illness he decided to sell it. He turned down a firm offer of £8500 so it didn’t sell because he wouldn’t budge on price.
He is happy to keep it sitting in his garage lol. I’m also happy as I get to ride it around the block to keep it moving the oil and brakes.

A few years back i picked up a Schuco diecast 1:10 scale R90s model. Should have bought the R80G/S model , it wasn't much deerer.
Ive just looked and they have gone up to about 300 euros . Crasy !

That's nice to know, I've got one of those R80G/S and several other Schuco models. I've been contemplating selling them all.

Close but no cigar

I'd best get my 1992 R100GS 5k mile bike shipped over to the USA... might set the new benchmark price. Mind you, is there a lower mileage one previous owner bike out there ? :D

Fail on both counts, but a good excuse to post a picture. I’m the second owner, with only 7700 miles on it. All original.

How is it a fail, my bike has 5000 miles, your's has 7700, and i'm the second owner... So it's a win for me on mileage, and a draw on previous owners :D

And mine is totally original, even has the original rubber exhaust silencer mounts still in one piece. :D

Fail on both counts for me, not you.

I had no idea these low mileage airheads were so common.
Here's my '93 PD, 8200 miles from new. Apart from the Koni rear shock, completely original.

No such thing as market value, only worth what numpties are ready to pay

I guess you will be saying that as an owner,
Not a prospective one:blast
Things get more expensive, more so when out of production for over 20 years.
If you think the prices are high now,we can revisit this thread in a few years and see where they are then.:D
