I have the chance to obtain a post 91 GS fairing with all the bits less speedometer which I assume is a straight swap. Will this offer better weather protection than the older bikini fairing thingy, does it add a lot of weight and has anyone seen a decent paint scheme that goes with a white/blue bike. The fairing is currently black.
