Bmw r 100 special based off a RT & modified to HPN / SWT type strengthend frame using Bmw r1100 gs rear swing arm & final drive with disc brake & 37/11 cwp from r850r .KTM 690 front forks with 300 mm disc ,BMW r1200 32mm Handel bars on bespoke 60mm risers ,bark buster hand guards, soltek adjustable headlight ,puig smoked screen, koso dash, garmin satnav, bespoke cylinder protectors ,NRP exhaust system to Remus endcan ,R100 pd single seat, adjustable torque arm ,lowered gsa 1200 style foot pegs, bespoke rear frame with rack & pannier frames,
Five speed standard gear box with SWT adapter to 1100 gs prop shaft,1100 swing arm with upgraded greasable pivot joints ,37/11 final drive with all new bearings & seals,new rear disc , refurbished rear wheel with new spokes, new ohlins 1100 gs shock with softer spring re valved to suit my heavy frame (I have the standard spring) ,
1000cc engine balanced at Steve Scriminger Eng & refurbished heads ,32mm carbs, standard ignition, new starter motor & recent battery.
all the parts are either new or refurbished on this bike which I built in 2016/17 ,had very little use ,about 8/900 miles only .
My trail riding days are long over & the bike doesn’t get used, I have photos from the start showing the complete build & dyno run ,loads of reseats for parts
Seat hight is 34” /870mm which I always found to tall for me,that the reason it got little use & sitting gathering dust in my heated garage
