hi

does any one now what the setting for tappes are on a 1993 r100gs
becouse there are making a lot of noies

Inlet - 0.10mm
Exhaust - 0.20mm

Lots of noise, eh? Has it got noisier suddenly or been getting worse for a while?

tappets have got a we bit of noise neades a slit ajust meant

If setting the tappets doesn't cure the noise then its more than likely endfloat in the rockers. I've tried bending the arms in in the past but it always works best by shimming:-

i have set the tappets right hand ones ok and the left ones needed slit ajustment seems ok now
