You could see if Motobins or Motorworks have any new ones. You may have to get it painted. Not sure, but you could also try James Sherlock too.

Mine came with a high mudguard. 
You can buy the high mudguard from BMW for the 1995 R80GS Basic. It should fit but not certain. Some research on a BMW parts website will answer the question.

I have used an Acerbis "Nost" generic front mudguard on my GS PD and ST with an also generic motocross support brace, drilled and painted to fit. The pattern ones from Motorworks etc are more true to oem but look a little less substantial than the Acerbis model.
The Acerbis also works with the very difficult to find, front extension for the GSPD.
Each to their own of course.....
Alternatively, there is a USA supplier of aftermarket pattern plastic/fiberglass parts and they have tbe GS "fender", the separate extension or an all-in-one with of the mudguard and extension as one piece.

To be fair Nick, the one I owned also came with oneMine came with a high mudguard.
