R100GSPD Engines Dies

Thought I give you an update now it's all working perfectly again.

Fresh fuel didn't help...same problem, as soon as its was eased off choke the engine would die.

Float bowls were pretty clean and jet in the corner of the bowl was clear, float bowl gasket good condition.

Took both carbs off - both idle jets were blocked with shit and o-rings perished...whilst off changed other o-rings, both diaphragms (no splits), needles, needle jets, choke gaskets, and cleaned everything up in general with carb cleaner. All back together and now fine.

Still need to take tank off to check fuel tap filters. I've got a set of in-line filters - are these worth fitting?

Did a quick 100 mile round trip today as the weather was nice and balanced the carbs when I got back - they were pretty close already.

There is a bit of hesitation off idle and onto throttle as you pull away...any ideas?
