Item 12 is available from Motorworks. Is 13 not available from them also?
Surely they are just squares of rubber with a peel off backing? You can buy them from a hardware store, B&Q etc, to stick onto furniture legs to prevent scratching the floor.
That was going to be my next suggestion but if the OEM bits are available and relatively cheap ... ?
They are just squares of 3mm thick rubber with a double sided tape adhesive backing, eBay is your source for this

I haven't got part 13 on mine. I can't remember ever having them in 22 years of owning it! Never been a problem.
