R1100GS 1996 Brake Master Cyliner Replacement

I have a cracked brake master cylinder unit that I need to replace on my 1996 R1100GS. I have the new complete unit ready to go. Can someone please point me in the direction of instructions on how to remove the old one, including all the ancillaries (switches, lever, cable, grip, heated grip etc) that need to come off before the old one can be removed.
