R1100GS-Front Indicator Removal?

mine remove themselves quite easily when i drop her...

A pigeon attacked one of mine in a kamikazi attack a while back and I ended up having to take all the headlight assembly apart to sort it out but perhaps I missed the obvious easy method....

Its one of those jobs Johnny, just start taking it apart till you come across the bolts, I think its screen, then headlight etc. Sounds worse than it is. Under an hour with time for a slurp half way through.

Care to share the need for replacement

Remove screen, the headlight, and then under the headlight you got an alu part bolted with 3 bolts, one in the middle of it and 2 located at the same position as the headlight bolts. Then you can see the indicator bolts.

Can you seperate the plastic black indicator body from the stalk or not??
