R1100GS owners handbook

I run a 1997 R1100GS (lucky me), bought from a German chap over here. One problem I have is that my owners handbook is in German, I have tried my local dealer and he is having real issues getting my a book in the English language. I want the book beacause I hate not knowing things about the bike?! I have a couple of options, either I learn German or one of you fine gentlemen who happens to have said owners handbook copies it to me as a Pdf file or something. Or does someone know of a link to it somewhere? It would be appreciated.

The little booklet that comes with the bike is kind of useless. It doesn't even tell you how to remove the fuel tank...

Buy a proper manual or obtain the original BMW's maintenance pdf.

If you want an actual repair manual as opposed to a workshop manual then Clymer are better that Haynes (but a bit pricier) and can be found at the following link
