I think "steve b" on here came up with an alternative by cutting the pips off the cheaper car version, might be worth reaching out to him

Done exactly the same thing on both an Adventure tank and on a standard GS tank , okay the fit means they are slightly raised (I used cheap E bay badges ) but they were less than £10 for a pair including the double sided
tape

I bought a pair of the correct sized roundels in black rather than blue ages ago.
I had two attempts at removing the original blue ones ( with a proper plastic trim removal set ) but they appear to be blooming welded on!
I got too concerned about damaging the tank so gave up!

Use dental floss, little bit pf heat from a hairdryer . I learned that from out workshops, use it to remove badges before putting on the battenberg livery
