R1150GS and sidecar

well i have finally purchased a sidecar and hope to fit it to the GS. know to make this a lot eaiser for myself has anyone got any photo's of the mounting or know where i should mount the fixings to on the GS or the sub frames if there needed, or even put me onto someone how has fitted a sidecar to a GS. i know its a Watsonian Squire, which i will ring next week to see how much they want for the fixings, but i work in an engineering shop so can make them myself, the hard part is in the design of the fixings

Hiya mate.

This has been asked and answered to near death on here already...
So much so that I`m awaiting 'Hitler`s GS and Sidecar' to appear shortly.

Do a few Forum Searches about it.

You won`t be able to attach the sidecar as easily as to a conventionally framed bike.
You will need at least one subframe fabricating and fitting...maybe two.

If you don`t see much on here go onto ADVrider and look within the 'Hacks' Forum for GS Oilhead combos.
There`s a few there owned by European riders as well as Americans .
