R1150GS headlight into R1100GS

Hi folks, as per the title, has this ever been done? I much prefer the asymmetrical headlights of the r1150 and was wondering what parts I’d need to convert the R1100 to use the 1150 headlight?

I’ve not done it but they’re similar enough that I’d just look to swap in the entire dash binnacle, beak, lights and screen Fit your existing speedo and rev counter and you should be fine.

My input into this is the 1150 is a worse headlight so stick with the 1100 if you can... Purely practical and a little aesthetic...

I'd agree, the dip is ok, but the full beam is nigh on useless (as standard)
