R1150GS RECALL

Just been informed by Astle at Grimsby that there is a recall on my ex bike - despite informing them at the last recall that I no longer owned the bike!

So if you have a May 2002 1150 (FV?)02BZR (02BZR is definitely correct but not sure of the FV) in sunny yellow (yuk) then contact your dealer. Yes I know sunny yellow wasn't out then but as I didn't want to look like an anaemic banana had my Mandarin bodywork swapped from that bike onto my new 'un & vice versa.

Don't know what the recall is as the guy I spoke to didn't know!

I think its a mod on the routing of the brake hose on the front wheel to stop it chafing with obvious results. I was going to get mine done when I got knocked off trashing the bike. Got a new bike but its the hard way, not recommended! Cheers David
