Ev has managed to drag his right pannier a couple of times. I’ve been quite sedate in comparison and still have a small strip of untouched tread on my (190) tyre

I absolutely love the 1150 GS but can’t stand the purple wheels and blue rocker covers on the GSA.
If I ever had one ( and I won’t ) I’d have to change them.
Good job we are all different though.

I decided it was time to add an Adv tank to my trusty 1150 GS. This was sourced from Mike O of this parish. While I was at it decided it was time for a colour change and custom paint job.
The first pic is the standard tank.

Yes agreed with the handlebar pad. That’s the next job.
The finish is cerakote

1. If he can do them
2. If they look shit or not!
3. How much they will cost me. Then you.

You’ll have to give me a couple of weeks to get this organised then I’ll let you know.
I don’t know if he’s even in the country or not. He’s retired and spends a lot of his spare time travelling about.

Sort of.
I sent the “ new “ one I have down to my 3D chap and he reckoned he couldn’t do them.
I put it back in the box and that was about it.
I did have a brief look about for a fibreglass place that could make some new ones with the mould I kindly got from MikeO but no luck. I’ll have another look next week though.

I do like the blue colour of forks, head covers, on JohnnyBoxer's bike, IMO.

Would it be too much to have the crash bars the same colour?......or is that overkill?

Purple wheels? hm, not quite sure about them. Black or Silver, Best IMO, again.
