R1150GS Throttle sensor Cover

I have seen plenty of throttle sensor covers for the 1200, do they also fit the 1150?

If not where can I get one for my 1150?

You could pay a fortune and go to Touratech, or you could go to Rugged Roads and pay sensible money for better kit produced by people from here

The TPS covers are a waste of time, unless you want a shiney part to look at. If anything they make it easier to knock and move the TPS rather than protect it

We don't sell one for the R1150GS. We made and tested one, but due to the size of the TPS and its' mounting points, the guard needed to be huge. Which would be no good if you put the bike over on it and also it was getting in the way of my knee.

If you're absolutely desperate for one, I can have a look and see if we've still got the test one lying about somewhere; it may not have been recycled yet.

No thanks, I knew there would be a reason why they were not available, I've seen the Wunderlich one and it does look a bit ungainly
