R1150GS User handbook - one page copy needed

Hi everybody
As the tittle says, I need someone who has a 1150GS to be kind enough to scan or post a good quality photo of the page of the user handbook that shows how to shift the headlight from Continental to UK and vice-versa driving.
Your help will be highly appreciated as I lost my manual .

I've read it but I've never bothered following through the instructions. Foreign plod never seem to give me any grief, nor foreign drivers.

A suggestion based on personal experience... Give it a go at home before you leave.

My first attempt was in the layby on the way out of the port at Calais. The mounting was "frozen" and being a complete muppet I damaged it getting it to rotate. Once unstuck it's a piece of cake, but I would have preferred to do the pfaffing about without fellow riders having to wait for me.
