Aliexpress have most of what you're looking for (roughly 25% of retail cost) .. possibly worth a look.
With safety dependent items I prefer known sources, am I wrong?
No
Fuck China
just an FYI .. I have a H&B rear luggage rack (sourced from Spain) and a rider footrest lowering kit from Wunderlich. The identical items are on the Aliexpress portal. Are the Chinese items the original manufacturer under license? I really don't know .. but when I saw the footrest kit (which is just 2 x alloy plates and some screws) it made me think that this was the case. Take a look and you'll see what I mean ...
