R1200 GS alarm false activation

Hi, I have started getting false alarm activations on my 8 month old R1250 GS Rallye when is is parked on the main stand in my locked concrete garage. The warning lamp gives two flashes when the ignition is turned on indicating that Movement Sensor Number 2 triggered the alarm; has anyone experienced this?

Ok firstly, which bike have you got....

The R1200GS or the R1250GS as you've stated both?

Not that I can help you anyways, but at least start you off on the right footing.....

Yea, its the R1250, I used to have the 1200.

Bike booked into dealers for 2 days poking around.

News in from Wollaston Motorrad, the problem was traced to a faulty alarm module, a new one has been fitted under warranty.
