Yes, I understand. I wish the process was faster. Our process requires us to acquire not only OEM parts for digitizing but also solid access to a local bike before we can begin the work. In the case of the GS12 all of this took much longer than we had hoped. In addition we do not have a BMW dealer in our city, so this further restricts our access. So, unfortunately we got a late start. Rest assured that we are moving as quickly as we can.

I do think that the Sargent seats are excellent but I have now been waiting 14 months since I first contacted your company was told it would be 3 months...since then I’ve been told three months again – every time I ask...

We are working on it diligently, but a few outstanding details make exact availability difficult to predict. There is a chance that it could make it this year but we can't guarantee it.

they make great seats... but they are extremely lucky that no one else comes even close
