Anyone out there know what the torque settings are for the R12GS sump plug and the oil filter please. The scrote, sorry BMwa*k... 'technician' and I use the term loosely, who performed the running in check on my bike decided to reuse the old washer on the sump plug even though it was scrap, consequently its dripping and needs to be changed. Could not find the info in the less then helpfull owners manual. I know I should ring the dealer and shout at someone but as they dont work on bikes on Saturdays I really cant be ar*ed with the bother. Easier to do it myself instead of trying to get time off work. Fills me brimfull with confidence in them.
Anyone know if the workshop manual for the bike is available on the web for down load anywhere?
Cheers
