Looking to put some fork leg protectors on the GSA. Any idea's welcome, i.e. which are best, photos etc...

Also anyone got any for sale?

Helicopter tape.

I have some Wunderlich self adhesive thingies that look like carbon fibre. They dont fall off but the sides have a great self peel-away facility.

I use strips of Helicopter Tape on mine, cheap (£5 off ebay) and works a treat.

I've recently part exed my 09 GSA, so i removed the tape after 30k miles, and the forks look like new....:thumb

helicopter tape on the fork lowers and then twalcom fork protectors

Rapid roads sell them, hard moulded plastic, about £60 a pair IIRC. Got some on my GSA plus helicopter tape on the fork uppers to prevent stone chips.

In stock on the shelf ready for immediate despatch - £45 per set :D

I've got Touratech ones on my 2010 GSA and they've been on the bike for three years now and are still sticking like sh*t to a blanket!:thumb2

I bought mine used but not fitted they stuck like wotsit to a.. but the long edges still unpeeled. Warm weather too. So watch out for the self adhesive decorative type.

I've got the Twalcom ones and they done a great job. The main reason for having them was they don't have fucking Touratech plastered all over them:D
