R1200gsa top engine bar mounting

Any chance someone with a gsa top engine bars can take a picture to show me where this bracket attaches to the frame under the beak please?

Haynes doesn’t show it and where I thought it attaches it doesn’t.

That be great, I’m thinking that they probably attach to these brackets that I’m missing. However be great to get a pic of how the top bars and that plastics are located as real oem doesn’t show it.


I’ve been trying to go through videos of people working on their bikes and trying to pause when I get closer to the area but no joy.

Also wondering how the temp sensor is attached as the old bracket doesn’t fit with the gsa tank.

No they attach to the frame IIRC but will send pics

I sent the pics to our PM thread. They do attach to the brackets you are missing, my mistake. As far as the temp sensor is concerned, don't know, my bike doesn't have one.
