Hi,

I am looking for some feedback on outdoor covers that you have used in the past, i currently have an R+G adventure cover same as this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380865432885?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT which is good but it doesnt cover the bike very well with the top box fitted let alone if the panniers are on. Want to keep the top box on so the other half doesnt moan at it kicking around the house and for when its at work.

So any experiences on a cover that will cover will keep the bike out of the elements and be a decent size to cover everything? Dont want to go mad on the price either.

Cheers:thumb

This may sound really really stupid, but I have an unbranded cover of the same type / design, and with the Top Box and Panniers fitted, I found if I fitted it back to front.....it worked fine

I have the xl it is a fraction short with the box on but give them a call and see if they do a longer version. It will need to be another 12 inches to be perfect.

Let me know how it goes :thumb

Thanks for the heads up. Will feedback here if I get a meaningful answer!

There was a thread recently about a bike tent that folds back on steel hoop frames. The side car type was just right for a GSA.

I have a Cycleshell, imported from the USA - sounds like what you described. You park the bike on a polycarbonate base and then pull the shell over the bike. I've seen some cheap imitations but nothing as robust here. I bought mine 6 years ago and its still doing what it said on the tin. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
