R1200R Lowering?

My wife has just PX'd her F650GS for a R1200R, at the time she seemed fine but now feels that being a little lower to the ground would give her a little more confidence. Does anyone have experience of lowering this type of bike? Will ring the dealer tomorrow but if BMW supply a kit I would imagine like everything else its going to be expensive.

Jack it up even higher. Make her work, take her out of her comfort zone. Why do so many women want low easy-to-handle bikes? In fact, buy her a 1200 Adventure instead.

Why do so many women want low easy-to-handle bikes?

Probably because she has short legs, and as for easy to handle she's been riding for many years, she just loves the bike and wants to lower it.
