If the tubular bars are similar to the previous version, then Barkbuster type guards simply clamp on the the bars without using the bar end bolt. Suited me fine.

I bought some Givi ones, easy to fit, the guards are a little bit bigger than the GS ones giving slightly better wind protection imho.

Resurrecting an old thread..........I want some hand guards for my R1200R WC........but which of the GS ones fit?.......the WC or earlier models?
