can't find where else to put this query so apologies! Trying to install new bmw brake pads to rear caliper but failing as non piston side pad will not fit? I have seen comments on here to displace the rubber seals and lubricate the pins, then lever off the slider? I've lubed the pins butam very reluctant to try levering very hard for fear of knackering it and not sure its wise to lever against the caliper? Any advice appreciated as changing pads is the simplest of all tasks that I have never had probs with.
