If your considering buying aftermarket Apduro frames to fit 1250 GSA aluminium panniers on the R1300 GSA. The aluminium box panniers fit fine, but the Lone Rider MotoBags designed for the 1250 GSA do not fit on the offset (exhaust) side. It may be possible to make them fit with some modification using a grinder.

I contacted Apduro, and they confirmed that these frames do not fit the Lone Rider MotoBags and were only ever designed to fit the aluminium panniers. Therefore, if you have aluminium boxes and Lone Rider MotoBags and are considering these frames, you will need to modify the frames for the bags to fit.

Interesting to see what you say about the Apduro carriers.
Has anyone tried their soft luggage carriers for the 1300 GSA with the SW Motech WP L Sys bags ? For me the Lone Rider bags are too expensive and the other bags that Apduro make the carriers for are small compared to the large Sys bags.

The Apduro adapter brackets are very expensive for what they are!
