R80G/s shock absorber

These seem cheap for a new shock, to fit the 80G/s,

They are probably not the best, but usable

Made in Thailand - but so are most Nikon cameras. A couple of people have recommended them to me for my R80 ST project. Not as good as Öhlins but then not Öhlins prices either.

The guys behind YSS are ex Ohlins so they should know how to make a decent shock.

My local suspension guy uses their Gold Valve type emulators and recons they are as good as any, but he still pushes Ohlins shocks.

Why not give them a call? An American based Triumph forum I visit often has good feedback about YSS shocks.

I like the excitement of waiting for the item despatched email,

it matters not either way, I was only buying it as a spare, I have the original which is fine as it seems to have done little miles, and I have a spare refurbished hagon, so it's not really that critical, I just could not resist at £120!
