R80RT Tank Repair

The bike was back in regular use after a lay off of 6 years, After filling it with petrol a few times it starts to leak. After emptying the tank an finding a pin hole I sanded it down more.

I now have more holes in the tank than a swiss cheese. Is it repairable? as I would prefer to get it repaired than buy another tank as have the same problem again. Are there any firms in the SE that can do the repair?

I did a temp araldite repair + POR15 lining around 28 years ago, still going strong

If you decide to use a resin type sealer make absolutely sure it is ethanol proof.
Ethanol is known to desolve some sealers and it's in all petrol now.

Sureseal works well but will take around 6 weeks to get a fully sealed tank.

This guy offers a service http://www.tankcareproducts.co.uk/ for £165 or will just sell you the products to do it yourself
