I tried to poke my camera in close to see how the suspension was set up but didn't manage to get any better detail.

Not sure about the noise as it was silent compared to an old MV racer on open pipes a few feet away.

Isn't that the bike that won the Superbike race at Daytona back in about 1975 or so?
Probably only the finest - and most successful - airhead roadrace bike ever!!!
An utterly stunning machine, and one that did the business of beating the big Jap bikes of the time.
Now that would be a race replica to build.
