I just wanted to see proof of owner ship and the expiry date. If I purchased it how are we going to carry out the transaction.

If the buyer wants to put it on a vehicle immediately, the seller can just set this up.
If the buyer wants to keep it on retention, they need to be assigned as the nominee buy the seller.
The seller can do this online, but their name still appears on the document until such time as the number is assignd to a vehicle
by the nominee.
