Rab Kinder smockm

I thought these were long time discontinued but apparently Rab released them again as part of their retro range. Well I had one more than 30 years again and it was a standard part of my spring or autumn climbing kit for when it got a bit cooler in the evening and in the end it was dumped in the bin when it was too ripped and stained to be fit for anyone but a tramp.

Anyway, that’s the background so imagine my surprise when I saw that Sports Pursuit were offering them for £100 a few of days ago. One for my wife and one for me arrived yesterday and she’s very impressed with it so that’s a winner

Thanks Andy, I'll get on to them right away. How's the sizing, typical Rab? I had a few donkeys years ago until they just wore out due to excessive use!

I’d say the sizing are pretty much true to size, I’ve yet to actually wear mine but the wife wore hers to walk the dog both yesterday and this morning and was very impressed.

Nothing has really changed in the design apart from a major improvement being that they’re now made with hydrophobic down so pubs in climbing areas will no longer stink of wet chickens whenever it’s been raining

The link was only so Udders could see what a Kinder smock is because he was starting to get aggressive and called me a slacker.
