Last week I ordered a new visor and pinlock from Racevisorshttp://www.racevisors.co.uk/ and was very impressed with their service.
I got the usual email confirmation but an hour or so later, I got another email telling the visor was out of stock and wouldn't be in for 2-3 days
They then gave me the option to wait or get a full refund if I needed it urgently, I didn't need it urgently so said I would wait, but it turned up today anyway - no later than I would expect for an in stock item
I thought it was great communication and very honest to let me know quickly that there could be a delay, and even gave me the option to cancel.
