A sheet of expanded anodised aluminium from B&Q, makes 2 grilles. £15
Did 12,000 miles on LC - radiators unmarked so I woner if you actually need protection
+1 to that. Got blue anodised mesh off eBay for £7. Have some left. Let me know if you want some cut to size. Will post some pics tomorrow.

Part of me says: "Do I really need them?" as if that was the case am sure the GS & GSA would have them as standard? But then again, no good thinking that when one is a mile from Dubrovnick with a holed rad!
I quite like the simple mesh look ie R&G and maybe mesh type offers a smidge more airflow?

I bought a set of black grills that are an exactly replica of the Touratech ones. USD75.00 including postage.
Put in on my GSA LC and they look pretty good! Doesn't have the Touratech logo though and I had to use my own cable ties. Half the price of TT so can't really complain.
