just had some work done on me gsa at rainbow at rotherham, they actually did all the work on time and without fuss, also, they fixed a few things that the technician noticed were wrong like the crashbars and the rear footpegs were incorrectly fitted. I also had problems with the battery and asked them to check it, which they did and fitted a new one for me. When the invoice was printed out it was all itemised for me and was ok for all the work i had done. Bike was ready waiting for me, again no fuss, i would recommend rainbow and would take my bike back there again.

I use Jefferies as they are much closer. I've thought about trying Rainbow and would be interested to hear from anyone who can compare the two....

Williams in Manchester want to know how come they gave me a test ride on an R1200GS despite only having had my bike license for 1 week

I was honest, showed my certificate... hadn't sent off for my license as I new I needed it for the test ride... bought it over the phone, faxed the paper work back, posted the originals, collect it the following weekend

Very nice bunch.. will have to have a trip back to say hello one day, preferably before it's due it's 12 month service... I don't do very much mileage... practice, practice, practice... but I'm too worried about sliding on some shaded patch of ice... When does spring start?

Found Rainbow very pleasant to deal with when I ordered my new Bike a few weeks ago. Hope the after sales is as good as everyone says
