Hi everyone.
This is just to let all my friends and customer's know that this will be my last week as senior tech at rainbow. A big thankyou to everyone i've met over the years for making the job as varied & interesting as it has been.
My last official day will be saturday the 29th of january so feel free to pop into the workshop to say ta ta.
I hope the rainbow customers among you (& i know there are a few on here) will continue to support Shaun & the rest of the team.
As for me - well i'll be starting a new & possibly very challenging career in putting together a new workshop for a new Triumph dealership in Chesterfield. So if any of you are passing Autoworld in Chesterfield, then thats where i'll be.Feel free to pop in.
I will however still be on here if you'll let me even though i'll be working for a different manufacturer.
Ta ta

Ta ta

Can't say I blame you Luke!

I don't think I could have put up with those reprobates in the workshop for anything like as long as you have!!!
You'll be missed, I'm sure, but I'd like to wish you all the best in your new career.

I'm sure Steve will manage to maintain the quality of the workshop at Rainbow that the customers know and love - but don't change your phone number for a while !!!!

Oh ....... and I'll see you on Saturday night!!!

Sherps ;)

Leigh

I wish you all the best in your new employment , and many, many thanks for your help and support in the past .

You will be sadly missed , however pity you cant play Golf though

All the best

All the very best mate in your new job, i'm sure you'll suceed, as one of the best techs around you'd be an asset to any firm.

Jimbo

Cheers Leigh

To one of the best BMW techies.................you know your stuff and you'll be an asset to Triumph.

We still know where you are though.

Thanks for spannering my bikes in the past and sorting out the things 'other dealers' technicians failed to spot and rectify them.

Leigh...........the 'unassuming'.......who tells it like it is - no bullsh1t !!!

If you've been a prat whilst tinkering (home mechanics & all that !) then you get told.........best left to the experts he'd say!!!

Respect.......!!!!!!!

Whattons spannering class

Good luck for the future mate.

erm, don't suppose you fancy a bacon buttie at Whatton's house in the near future do you Leigh?

During a tour of his garage, Im sure we could find a highly technical GS for you to service in order to keep your skills honed ....which would otherwise eventually waste away whilst looking after those rather agricultural old triumph bikes.........

Of course we would all watch to make sure you do the job properly...........

;)

All The Best Mate

Ditto on all the above.

Thanks for all your time and patience over the years and good luck in the new job.

Hey Leigh

Don't worry, so long as you have a kettle at the new place I am sure we will all keep in touch.

Seriously though, thanks for your help and advise over the years and good luck in the new job.

Can you squeeze me a service in before Saturday?

Well Leigh

What can I say! You have been an absolutey pain in the arse to work with. The last 11 years have been hell, so why Shaun put up with you for 21 years Ill never know.

Ive never known anyone want to watch his weight and then order a LARGE! Hot Roast Pork with stuffing, cracking and apple sauce on or for a change a LARGE! Sausage, Cheese and Tom.

Bet you didnt know I knew about this site did you? I have my spies you know.

Anyway you know Im only messing I just wanted to wish to well and hope you enjoy your new job.

Best Wishes
From her upstairs
