I've just come back from 3 weeks crossing Latvia, Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia (7,000 km in 3 weeks) in a RP3 jacket and have to say that I was very impressed by its performance in the high temps and humidities experienced. The venting was very effective, lodas of pockets and the integral Drink Tank was a Godsend for on-the-move hydration.
Not only that but it provided great protection on the inevitable off-road spills,shrugged off any damage and scrubbed-up well when put through the washing machine.
The only thing I was less impressed with was the wind-chill impact in cold/wet conditions when the outer layer became totally soaked & the moisture started to work its way up the sleeves by capillary action.
Despite this one fault I think it was a great piece of kit and worth every penny it cost. Recommended.
