Rallye Pro 3 - whats the velcro square for?

Looked at the above in the dealer today and cannot work out what the square of velcro with a popper on it is for, the one that seems to attach to the front of the jacket at chest height.

Anyone know?

It's for the drinking tube from the baldder, to keep it in place

I have to say though, seems like a nice jacket but just a little too fussy. Everywhere you look there are zips or poppers or velcro.

It would match my new bike though in black and yellow
