Rallye vs TE

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a 1250GS Adventure and am a little confused as to the difference between TE vs Rallye specs. Are the extras the same, just differing design/paint etc?

I'm basically trying to work out which is the better specced and more likely to be better in terms of resellability

engine wise there is not difference. if you are buying new, you can spec as you like. I suppose it will come down to looks, with the different paint jobs the Rally will look better than a basic TE in my opinion ,don't think there will be much difference in sell on value. The Rallye is a TE in different clothes

TE spec is all the bells and whistles. TE + Rallye or Trophy or Triple Black will basically be the colour style.

NB - Trophy / Rallye have different seat options as standard.

I suspected it'd be more the paint jobs. Does the Rallye still have road tyres as standard then? I'd never heard of the 'trophy' spec
