Which RAM mount do you guy's use? I'm looking at a U-Bolt type fitting for a sat nav holder I've been given, the holder has the ball attachment on the back and I'm going to go for the 3 inch extender bar but am unsure which U-Bolt clamp to get.

Will they all fit in the middle of the bars or do they have to go up towards either the clutch or brake.

I have the U bolt and small clamp which puts my 660 just above the speedo on a 2012 GS

I used the u bolt on my GS and as already mentioned above it works fine. Cut a bit of ond bicycle inner tube and wrap it around bracket first as this will stop it marking the paintwork.
