Ram-Ball, where?

I this'll make me look a complete numpty, but which shops sell ram balls and mounts? I bought a migsel mount off here, but the ball was missing, plus I'm leaving the original Zumo mount on the bars, to mount a camera, and so need both a ball and camera adapter.

Halfords?

Or if not, where? It'll have to be a shop as I'll need to pick one up quickly when in the UK next week.

Its a RAM-B-236 (1" ball, 3/8" thread) for a Migsel bracket.

Camera base, 2.5" round base with 1/4" - 20 stainless stud is RAM-B-202A
