RAM Mount for a weatherproof i-Phone case:

Hi there, have tried to search for this but cannot find a similar question?

Does anyone know of a supplier that makes a flat plate with a 1" Ram mount in the middle, that fits on top of the handlebar mounts (via the 4 bolts) on the top yolk? I have seen the Sat Nav bars that fit to them (see link below), but add a Ram mount to this and it would all be too high and obstruct the instruments.

Or something that can be mounted fairly centrally on the bars near the stem? Currently I have a cross brace on the bars, but this will be removed. I already have the weatherproof phone case, but just need to find a better way of mounting it rather than the current 'U' bracket.
