Still adding things to my new LC.

I want to keep using my (old) Zumo 550 which fits on both my bikes and my car. Not ready to spend another £600 on the Navigator V plus all the holders for the other vehicles.

So I needed somewhere to hang it on the bike. Tried it on the end of the handlebar bolt but wasn't what I wanted.

So I have this from Bob at telferizer.com who does mounts for - most things it seems.

I've had his mounts on my Twin cam RT and ZZR1400 and they are very good.

This is the MkI, later models may be slightly different.

Great place to mount anything. Protected by the bars, out of the way and below the instruments.

If you want one you can contact him or he'll be at the NEC

No connection except a satisfied cutomer.;)

I have the Nav V so do not need this but must say a neat implementation if you need it. Just for interest how does it fit ?

removing BMW emblem

dmilne,

Just bought one of these from Bob. Was wondering how easy the emblem was to remove please?

Thanks

Easy.
I prised it out with my penknife. Stick it in the front of the logo, away from you when seated on the bike, I seem to remember there's a little inlet in there, or a round ended table knife or even a small screwdriver. It' s not that stiff.
