I am asked, if there's any tips or tweaks I can offer when using RAM mounts on a bike, so here's a few for starter's.
This may be useful. Using the RAM-B-201 arm, remove the bolt and add the RAM-B-273 ball with a threaded post to provide a second mount ball for an additional device.
For mounting more than one device on the same arm, try a RAM-B-111B. The 6" x 2" plate is pre-drilled with various hole patterns and can be used to attach one or more devices/cradles to share a single RAM mount.
A flexible arm U-bolt can be put together quickly using a RAM-B-241, RAM-PF-585-x (x = length, 6", 9", 12"), RAM-B-218-1, RAM-B-201 and diamond base RAM-B-238 and then the RAM cradle.
Similarly, this second version uses the same parts, but the diamond base is replaced with a RAM-B-202 base or for a camera mount base, RAM-B-202A.
Another 'trick' is to use a RAM-B-200-1 single socket arm, which screws on to the flex arm thread (and is an alternative for using the RAM-B-218-1 and RAM-B-201) as it then attaches onto a RAM-B-238 plus cradle, or a RAM-B-202 or RAM-B-202A .
I hope this is useful and we add more hints and tips to the thread later.
