Can this really be true ; 5,200 Range Rovers stolen in the UK last year ?
Or is the article , quoting DVLA mis leading?
JLR no longer insuring vehicles for customers ?

i think its due to the RR having a very known weakspot in the tailgate for bypassing the security, plus (as others have said) theres a big call for them abroad.
