Rattling Throttle bodies

My 2001 1150 rattles/knocks when starting and I feel sure it is wear on the throttle body/butterfly pivot pin.
I want to try and get some spare ones to either repair or use.
I was thinking of trying to fit phospher bronze bushes.
Anyone got anything ? obviously you would get the modified items back.
