Re-Chroming of fork uppers

Hi all

Has anybody used DynaSurf for fork restoration.

Just stripped mine down to replace the seals and discovered the upper bush with a LARGE score on the inside and some pitting on uppers.

For peace of mind I am looking at having them re-chromed.

MotorWorks will do it (Replacements) for £72 a leg Plus postage or a 150 mile round trip.

Found DynaSurf via www and they offer £135 for the pair and is a lot closer to home so can drop them off saving postage/petrol.

So any review on DynaSurf would be brill

No idea about Dynosurf, but i can recommend Hard Chrome Plating Ltd, I have used them a number of times.

Saw these as well, will call them to find out costs as they are the same distance as MotorWork.

About £150 including return postage last time I used them, earlier this year. Speak to them re turnaround time, it varies a lot.
